What is Conclave?
A Section Conclave is a gathering of Arrowmen from all around the section and 8 lodges to participate in trainings, activities, best practices, camp, and most of all, have FUN! Conclaves typically happen once a year, with 2021 being an exception, having a virtual Conclave in April and an in-person Conclave in August at Camp Stronghold in Oregon, IL.
When is Conclave?
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting two Conclaves in 2021, one virtually with Section Officer Elections, and one in-person!
- 2021 Section Conclave: April 16-18, 2021
- 2021 Fall Section Conclave: August 20-22, 2021 (at Camp Stronghold and Retreat Center: Oregon, IL)

*** All items will ship 4-8 weeks after Conclave***
*In the event of limited registration due to the COVID-19 Pandemic for the 2021 Fall Section Conclave, those who registered with the Builder Tier, Foreman Tier, or Site Manager Tier will be able to register early.
** A $5 (five dollar) up-charge will be added for XXL and 3XL shirt selections. Please do not select a shirt size unless you are registering in the Foreman or Site Manager Tier**
Section Officer Elections:
During our annual Conclave, we elect our section officers for the upcoming year. This April 2021, at Section Conclave on Sunday morning, we will elect the 2021-2022 Section C-7 chief, vice chief, and secretary.
